Align go!
Align incorporates principles from Iyengar Yoga, giving students detailed guidance on proper alignment for postures, within a flowing sequence. Each class will have a different focus, and we'll take time within the flow to explore that particular element. A great way to refine your practice!

Anusara Inspired go!
This class is primarily inspired by Anusara Yoga®, which uses precise principles of alignment to promote safety and empower students to achieve their full potential. Each class interweaves heart oriented themes to connect students to the deeper purpose of yoga. The Sunday Anusara class, led by Matt Newman, takes this format & kicks it up a notch, adding a bit of spice to the mix.

Ashtanga go!
Ashtanga Yoga is the system of Yoga taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This challenging method of Vinyasa Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with six progressive set series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. Each level is to be fully developed before proceeding to the next. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. Some yoga experience necessary.

Basics go!
This class is for absolutely anyone of any age, shape or size to experience the many benefits of yoga. No experience or flexibility required. In this straight-forward and supportive class environment, you will learn basic yoga postures, art and benefits of breathing, correct positioning of postures within one’s own body, and how to incorporate props into your practice to increase the freedom and mobility of the body. We recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing when practicing yoga. No yoga experience necessary.

Dynamic Yoga Therapy go!
This class combines challenging vinyasa flow sequences with focused awareness practices in order to gain a deeper understanding of what your body needs in the moment. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace and respond to their individual needs and desires, creating an opportunity to develop a strong personal practice while receiving the benefits of a structured group practice. An ongoing practice is recommended.

Flow Kidz go!
This is a wonderful experience to help your little ones grow into their bodies and relationships with greater mindfulness, confidence, compassion and creativity. Kids today are increasingly surrounded by stress at younger and younger ages. From social pressure to standardized tests and over-scheduling, kids need a way to unwind, come back to center and get back in touch with simplicity. Yoga is an amazing tool to guide this journey.
Adults often go to Hatha Yoga class, which is at the same time. go!

Hatha Yoga go!
This class will dive deep into a broader range of asanas with a non-aggressive approach and moderate pace which allows you to dissolve into a more open, graceful body and relax into a steady mind. This class is open to all levels, but due to the slower tempo it is appropriate for beginners who are ready to grow their practice as well. Some yoga experience is recommended.

Kalari go!
The oldest of all Martial Art forms, Kalari is the Tantra Yoga of martial arts. This highly powerful practice presents itself in class as a blend of yoga, martial arts and dance. Based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, Kundalini yoga is a physical and meditative discipline, comprising a set of techniques that use the mind, senses and body to create a communication between mind and body. Kundalini yoga focuses on psycho-spiritual growth and the body's potential for maturation, giving special consideration to the role of the spine and the endocrine system in the understanding of yogic awakening.  This this less strenuous practice will help you to feel more relaxed, healthy, and happy through utilizing yogic postures, movements, breath work, and meditations. Little or no yoga experience necessary.

Level 1 go!
Yoga experience is recommended.

In this more challenging yoga practice we build strength internally as well as externally. We cultivate concentration, confidence, and endurance. It is recommended but not required that you attend Basic or Level 1 classes before attending Open classes.

Pranayama go!
Pranayama is ancient Vedic knowledge of controling Prana (energy) in your body and life through different breathing exercises. You will learn to control Prana in your body, health and mind and continuing with life, events, emotions, finances, relationships etc. It results in more efficient, slower and deeper breathing, increased oxygen absorption, a calmer mind, a stronger heart and circulatory system, and increased levels of blood and oxygen to brain. You can't really count all the benefits of this wonderful practice, you just have to come and experience it on your own.

These special classes are offered by senior and master teachers from around the world and our own back yard. Longer than a normal class, each session has a particular theme. Plenty of time is given to deepen the experience of that theme in the practice of yoga. This is a great way to explore a new aspect of practice or experience a new teacher with a broad range of experience. Like a mini-yoga retreat without leaving town.  Variations for all levels are offered. For Level 1 students & up. Click Here for upcoming workshops.
